Cold crisp mornings are a regular thing…come by Rock Creek to watch a beautiful sunrise and enjoy a Flat & Fast 5K/10K
We'll have the 5K will start at 8:00 AM & the 10K will start at 8:30 AM. We'll have Finisher Coffee Cups, a Long Sleeve Shirt, and great award medals for the top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Overall Masters M/F, Top 3 Overall Grand Master M/F, Top 3 Overall Senior Master M/F, and the Top 3 in the 5 year age groups (10 & under - 75+). What a great way to start the day with a RUN & DEFINITELY COFFEE! Join us live or virtual; virtual packages will be shipped 1/30/23.

January is MS month for us at Five Star and a portion of all the January event proceeds go to the MS Center of Atlanta.
You can join in by either making a donation, or becoming a fundraiser yourself. Anyone who raises $200 or more will be refunded their entry fee, and anyone who raises $500 or more will also receive a coupon for $25 off any future race event.

Espresso Challenge Participants will receive both shirts, coffee mug, finisher medal, and a stainless steel tumbler.
We'll have awards for the following categories for the 5K & 10K:

Hydrate, grab your buddy (or not) and get ready to get moving!

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want. Please remember to social distance & be safe!

Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture along your race route and use the race hashtag:-)

View your Results Monday after the Event Date.
Event Courtesy and Weather Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any
competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds and be disqualified.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
