Cheers! It's time to start prepping for The Red Hare Jog-toberfest 5K on October 12, 2019 at Red Hare Brewing Company in Marietta.
The Red Hare Jog-toberfest 5K will take you through the streets of Marietta ending with a Red Hare beer garden celebration featuring live music, food and complimentary beer tasting (for those 21 & over, non-alcoholic Red Hare Root Beer soda will be available for anyone unable to drink beer). *All runners will receive a custom Red Hare Classic 5K pint glass and the first hundred or so runners back to the brewery will get a chance to taste our specialty Race Casks, get ‘em while they last! Overall awards will be given to M/F winners and the top 3 in all the usual 5 year age groups 10 & under to 75+. We hope you’ll come run with us!

liveSAFE Resources is a 24/7 agency dedicated to providing safety and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse by offering services, creating awareness and fostering support within our community. liveSAFE Resources has been saving lives in this community since 1917. They operate the only domestic violence shelter in Cobb County and are the only non-profit partnering with law enforcement, the DA’s office and WellStar Health System to provide emergency services and outreach to victims of sexual assault in Cobb, Cherokee and Paulding counties. They provide emergency shelter for these victims, case management, counseling, legal advocates assisting with obtaining temporary protective orders, and transitional housing where women and children can stay for up to two years.

The Beer Garden Pass is for friends and family who want the beer garden experience without the work – this ticket includes souvenir Red Hare Race 5K Pint Glass, live music, and complimentary beer tasting from 8:45-10:30. Does not include T-shirt, race bib, post-race meal or runner bag – these are for runners only!
Note: Every transaction processed by runsignup.com includes a $4.90 processing fee so Five Star recommends purchasing any Beer Garden passes for family/friends when registering for the race to avoid paying the processing fee multiple times.
Participants that are registered by Oct 6 are guaranteed a great race shirt in their size (women's sizes too)!

Event Courtesy and Weather Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any
competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
