Due to the current COVID-19 situation, our future event status will be on event-basis.  We are not able to make the call ourselves as to if an event will be held "live", virtual only, postponed, rescheduled or canceled. We are working with our clients, city, necessary entities, etc. and doing our best to keep events up and on the calendar.  

 

Please know that these decisions are not made lightly and not simply just "our call".  We must wait to hear from the proper entities and follow all guidelines & recommendations to see if we are able to hold an event or at what capacity.

 

The safety of our Team, participants, vendors & community are our top priority.  

 

If we proceed with an event with changes made, please ensure you read and are aware of the changes made.  We understand that some of you may not be comfortable to come out as of yet.  We ask that you consider running virtual with us or accepting a coupon code to use towards a future event with us as an option. Please keep in mind these are hard times for us too and that we’re all in this together. We will do the best we are able to meet you where you’re at.  

 

Events that originally had a Finisher Medal will be replaced with a Finisher Card, personalized with name/time.
