Race Information
Kick off the Sugar Rush Arts Festival with a burst of color, energy, and fun at the Sugar Rush Color Run 5K!
Start your Saturday morning by racing along the beautiful Sugar Hill Greenway, where vibrant color stations, cheering volunteers, and an exciting festival atmosphere make every mile unforgettable. Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying a colorful morning with family and friends, this event is the perfect way to launch one of Sugar Hill's signature weekends.
When you cross the finish line you'll receive your custom finisher medal! Be sure to show it off as you walk through the open-air gallery of the Sugar Rush Arts Festival. West Broad Street comes alive with talented juried artists, unique handmade creations, live music, dance performances, delicious food vendors, and the kind of small-town charm that makes this festival a favorite year after year.
The race starts at 9:00 AM and awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers in standard 5-year age groups, giving runners of all ages a chance to earn recognition.
Come dressed in white, leave covered in color, and make your Saturday morning the brightest part of the Sugar Rush Arts Festival!

Hydrate, grab your buddy (or not) and get ready to get moving!

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want. Please remember to social distance & be safe!

Event Courtesy and Weather Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any
competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds and be disqualified.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
