Sponsorship Levels

PRESENTING
SPONSOR

  • The Presenting Sponsor allows Your Company name and logo to reach athletes as many times as possible.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor's company will be listed directly after the race name (i.e. Frosty 5K presented by Your Company Name) on the Five Star NTP and race registration websites, all week-out emails to athletes and on the race t-shirt, in addition to your large logo on the shirt.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor may have early packet pickup (usually the Friday before the race) at their business location, allowing the the opportunity to meet the athletes before the race.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor’s logo and hyperlink will be on the race registration website, the Five Star NTP website, and in the week out emails leading up to the race.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor will have a Vendor Booth at the finish line area on race day to promote your business.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor may have up to 10 of their "yard" signs placed on race course.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor receives 10 free race entries to use internally or give to customers.
     

  • The Presenting Sponsor receives industry exclusivity.

GOLD

  • Gold Level Sponsors' logo and hyperlink will be on the race registration website.

  • Gold Level Sponsors' logo and hyperlink will be on the Five Star NTP site.

  • Gold Level Sponsors' company logo will have a large logo on the race shirts.

​​

  • Gold Level Sponsors may have up to 5 of their "yard" signs placed on race course.

  • Gold Level Sponsors will have a vendor booth near the finish line and receive 5 free race registrations they can use internally or give to customers.

  • Gold Level Sponsors receive exclusivity.

SILVER

  • Silver Level Sponsors' logo and hyperlink will be on the Five Star NTP website.
     

  • Silver Level Sponsors' logo will be on the race registration site.
     

  • Silver Level Sponsors receive a medium size logo on the race shirt.
     

  • Silver Level Sponsors may have up to 3 of their "yard" signs placed on race course.
     

  • Silver Level Sponsors will have a vendor booth near the finish line and receive 3 free race entries to use internally or give to customers.
     

  • Silver Level Sponsors will also receive exclusivity.

BRONZE

  • Bronze Level Sponsors’ logo will be on the race registration website and the Five Star NTP site.
     

  • Bronze Level Sponsors receive a small logo on the race shirt.
     

  • Bronze Level Sponsors may have up to 2 of their "yard" signs on race course.
     

  • Bronze Level Sponsors will have a vendor booth at the finish line and receive 1 free race entry.

EARLY PACKET
PICKUP LOCATION
(only available if Presenting Sponsor
chooses not to do this)

  • Usually the afternoon or evening before the race, Athletes (your future customers) come to your location to pick up their race bibs and t-shirts.

  • Your logo and hyperlink on the race website.

  • Social media and email promotion.

VENDOR BOOTH

  • Your table and/or tent and materials at the finish line area.
