Race Information
Join us this Memorial Day as we come together to honor and remember the brave men and women who lost their lives while serving our country. The Memorial Day 5K/10K/15K is a meaningful way to pay tribute to our fallen heroes—by gathering as a community, celebrating their legacy, and moving forward in their honor. In their honor, we are offering all Active and Retired Military a *Complimentary race (5K, 10K or 15K)" on May 23, 2026. (Military I.D. of the athlete must be shown to pick up bib.)
Join us at Thomas B. Mack Park on Lake Hollingsworth. Participants may choose from the 5K, 10K, or 15K distances, each offering a patriotic race-day experience filled with purpose and pride. All athletes who cross the finish line will receive a commemorative finisher medal, a lasting reminder of the day and the heroes it represents.
To recognize outstanding performances, awards will be presented to the top three men and women in the traditional five-year age groups for all three race distances.
Run with gratitude. Run with remembrance. Run for those who gave everything.
Memorial Day 5K/10K/15K is excited to have Florida Giant Dog Rescue as the 2026 Charity Partner.
We Help Big Dogs Find Loving Homes.
Their mission is to Rescue, Re-Home, and Reduce the number of Gentle Giant Dogs in need with Commitment and Compassion, and Community Engagement.
Their focus remains to help those most in need, continue our relationships with community animal shelters, and other rescue organizations.
We will continue with our spay and neuter programs to curb the overpopulation that plagues our state.

*All participants registered by 05/14 are guaranteed race swag in your size. Afterwards, swag will be while supplies last.
Race Partners
Course Information
All three events will start and finish at Thomas B. Mack Park on Lake Hollingsworth and circle the lake. Since the Lake is about 5K, there will be multiple laps around the lake for the 10K & 15K. All events will have a timed start & finish.
Water Stations
We will have water stations approximately every 1.5 miles
Pacing
Participants will need to finish with at least a 16 min/mile pace
Awards and Goodies
Awards in the 5K/10K/15K as follows:
Top 3 Overall Male & Female
Top 3 Overall Masters (40+)
Top 3 Overall Grand Master (50+)
Top 3 Overall Senior Master (60+)
Top 3 in each age group (10 & under - 75+)
All finishers will receive a Finisher Medal for 2026!

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want. Please remember to social distance & be safe!

Event Courtesy and Weather Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any
competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds and be disqualified.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
