Race Information
Looking for a great way to start your Saturday morning? Need something fun? Grab your friends and get an early start to your Saturday at the Miles for Mimosa's 5K at Diamond Lake Resort.
Lots of great perks: Chip Timing, Awesome Race Shirt, Finisher Award Medal, Age Group Awards, and best of all; a mimosa to enjoy while you kick up your feet on the deck after the race! We'll have juice and water for those under 21.
Charity Partner
We are excited to announce that the charity partner for this event will be UCAN!
UCAN provides a wide array of social, health, early education and family services throughout Douglas and Josephine County, and offers a few of our programs in other counties such as Klamath and Lake. We also host both AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps Seniors programming, building the capacity of partner agencies. UCAN has a “no wrong door” approach to service delivery, ensuring that a person who seeks services is linked with the appropriate program or agency providing the service in the community. Our co-located, comprehensive service system reflects best practices in providing services.

We’re at Diamond Lake Resort and we'll be running along the paved roadways of the campground along the lake. We'll be chip timing the start & finish. Click Here for Course Map.

All finishers will receive a custom finisher medal and a mimosa.

Top 3 Overall Masters M/F (40 yrs+)
Top 3 Overall Grand Master M/F (50 yrs+)
Top 3 Overall Senior Master M/F (60 yrs+)
Top 3 in each of the 5 year age groups (10 & Under through 80+

Hydrate, grab your buddy (or not) and get ready to get moving!

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want. Please remember to social distance & be safe!

Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture along your race route and use the race hashtag:-)

Event Courtesy and Weather Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any
competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds and be disqualified.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
